crowdfunding

The practice of funding a project or venture by raising money from a large number of people who each contribute a relatively small amount, typically via the internet.

A pitch delivered in less than 30 seconds (the amount of time you may share with another person waiting in an elevator).

In music: the degree of highness or lowness of a tone. In business: a presentation to try to persuade people to accept an idea or concept.


portfolio

A collection of text, images, sound-files, video, etc. that represents the work of an individual, especially an artist.

An innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers.
